Our meeting this month was a visit to Kilver Court, near Shepton Mallet, the site of a former textile mill which still retains many of the original industrial buildings.
After coffee in the morning there was an opportunity for some retail therapy in the Designer Outlet. We then had lunch at Sharpham Pantry, before going round the attractive gardens on the site, which are set against the backdrop of the impressive Charlton Viaduct.
Most of us stayed on for an ice-cream afterwards to enjoy the sunshine before going our separate ways. Many thanks to all those who attended.
