This year’s AGM weekend is taking place on 14-15 October 2017 at Wyboston Lakes hotel in Bedfordshire, with a trip to the award-winning Imperial War Museum at Duxford on Sunday, with the opportunity for Members to display their cars at the museum for the day.

Prices are as follows:
Saturday 14 October
AGM, dinner, live band, bed & breakfast – £90 Single, £160 Double
(£20 per person payable on booking, balance due mid September)
Friday night can also be booked at the same rates if required
AGM, dinner & live band (no accommodation) – £35 per person (payable on booking)
AGM only (no dinner, entertainment or accommodation) – free, but please register with the Club Office so we know how many to expect
Sunday 15 October
Imperial War Museum, Duxford (including displaying MR2 for those who wish to) – £12.50 per person (payable on booking – please provide registration if displaying MR2)
Please note that non-members are welcome at the dinner, overnight stay and Duxford visit, but cannot attend the AGM itself.
