The Swan is another good location for you to join us for our monthly Sunday Lunch get together; it is an old building dating back to the mid17th century. Located in Bucklow Hill near Mere and Knutsford, this Brewers Fayre is in quite a rural setting, sited on the A556 which links the M6 to the M56. Often people use the car park as a base, to enjoy a walk and return for a bite to eat and a drink. Inside this traditionally decorated pub are wonderful features such as the exposed original wattle and daub wall made with willow pieces which is behind glass to preserve it. A previous owner of the Swan had a prize winning race horse which his beloved owner had buried in a grave on the site of the Swan and his silver plated horses hooves are still on display today! Quality wholesome pub food is served at a reasonable price offering a great selection of tasty dishes for you to choose from including all your pub favourites – there is something for everyone so have a look through the menu before you arrive.
